Job summary

Firmus Technologies, a global leader in AI infrastructure, seeks a Specialist Compliance Lead to develop and maintain compliance, governance and assurance across a highly regulated data centre and cloud environment.

You will advise the Head of Risk & Compliance, embedding governance into operations, technology platforms and strategic initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder management and expertise in regulatory frameworks, information security and ESG reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Business, Law, Governance, Accounting or Commerce.
• Relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Five to eight years in governance, risk, compliance, assurance or internal audit roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the GRC framework and related policies.
• Coordinate audits, reviews and assurance programs.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure company-wide compliance.
• Support ESG reporting, governance disclosures and sustainability initiatives.
