Graphic Designer and Ecommerce assistant

In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure online orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time, while providing outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our small team. This role focuses on managing e-commerce fulfilment, graphic designing and managing social media.

Experience in Ecommerce website and marketplaces like Amazon, Ebay etc will be highly regarded.

We need somebody who is available Monday-Friday for a 9:00am to 3:00 pm shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues via email, Live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Stock Management: Organise new stock arrivals and maintain inventory records.
  • Graphic designing and managing social media.

  • Marketplaces knowledge: Such as Ebay, Amazon, Bunnings etc.
  • Reliability and Autonomy: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Computer Literacy: Competence with computers is essential; basic Photoshop skills are advantageous but not required.
  • Social media: An understanding of social media and email marketing tools.

Prior experience in automobile/Caravan/4WD industry will be preferred, but not essential.
