Job summary

Cerrone Jewellers seeks a skilled creator to produce high-quality visual and digital content. Based in Leichhardt, Sydney, you will work with the Digital Content & Graphics Producer and the Marketing team to deliver photography, video, EDMs, website assets, and campaign visuals that align with the brand standard.

You will help maintain brand communication across channels, manage asset organisation, and support retouching and in-store graphics.

Qualifications

• Experience in photography retouching and video editing for marketing assets.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across channels and assets.
• Familiarity with Shopify banners, EDMs and web imagery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support production of visual and digital creative content for Cerrone Jewellers.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Digital Content & Graphics Producer on concepts and approvals.
• Retouch photography, edit videos, and prepare assets for e-commerce and campaigns.
• Create EDMs, website banners and blog imagery; resize and retouch Shopify assets.
• Maintain brand guidelines and asset library; coordinate shoots and sign-offs.

Team and Location: Graphic Room, House of Cerrone LeichhardtReports to: Marketing Manager Type: 3-4 days a week (possible opportunity to extend to full time)

Role summary

Conduct and support the production of visual and digital creative content for Cerrone Jewellers, including EDMs, website assets, video and photography. Work closely with the Digital Content & Graphics Producer and the marketing team to prepare, execute, update and finalise creative assets to the brand standard. Help keep brand communication consistent across all channels.

Core responsibilities

Photography retouching & video editing

• Help Digital Content & Graphics Producer for photography & video (in-house studio, outside shoots and workshop content)
• Liasing with Marketing Manager for concept approval or changes
• Organising jewellery from other boutiques for shoot. Post Shoot - cleaning, re-ticketing and returning back to boutiques
• Jointly with Digital Content & Graphics Producer Edit and retouch product e-comm imagery, campaign and lifestyle imagery and
• Lead contact for retouch company

Email and digital

• Retargeting software lead - Setting up and maintaining flows. Evolving the retargeting and extend reach
• Create and update EDMs in retargeting software (design, layout, scheduling and testing)
• Brand communication standards in all assets including including font, language & layout.
• Design Shopify website banners and campaign visuals
• Create blog files and imagery for the Cerrone website
• Shopify website adjustments including resizing, retouching.
• Creating in store signage or other graphic requirements including invitations

Brand and asset management

• Follow brand guidelines (fonts, colours and tone) in all creative including imagery quality.
• Maintain and organise the stock imagery and creative asset library
• Check daily priorities and emails, and keep the Monday.com task list up to date (EDMs, retargeting software, website, campaigns)
• Schedule, prepare and attend fortnightly WIP meetings with the marketing team to review progress and upcoming campaigns.
• Co-ordinate with in house model - timing, requirements and advise management of shoot time and addtional costs inc hair, make up etc

Key working relationships

• Digital Content & Graphics Producer: day-to-day requirements, review on creative direction
• Marketing team: to review and sign-off on creative, fortnightly WIP meetings for campaign schedule
