The Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks are seeking a hands‑on Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You’ll shape the look and feel across football, social, campaigns, membership, retail, stadium, and hospitality, delivering visuals that connect with members, fans, partners, players and community.
You’ll work on gameday content, campaigns, digital creative, stadium graphics, and more, bringing ideas to life with strong typography, photo/storytelling, and fast turnaround under pressure.
The Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks are a proud, premiership-winning NRL club with a rich history and a bold vision for the future. As a tier one sporting organisation, in Australia’s No 1 sport, we compete at the highest level on and off the field - driven by performance, innovation, and a deep connection to our community.
As a leading sport and entertainment brand, the Sharks are entering an exciting new chapter with milestones ahead - including the opening of the new Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club and celebrating 60 years in the NRL.
We are looking for a "rockstar" Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help shape the look and feel of the Cronulla Sharks across football (NRL and NRLW), social, campaigns, membership, retail, stadium, and hospitality.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who wants to make things, not just move pixels. You will create everything from match-day and player content to campaigns, digital creative, stadium graphics, and commercial work - with opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table. You’ll help deliver culturally relevant storytelling that connects deeply with our members, fans, partners, players, and community.
This is a varied role, and we want someone who is excited by that. Depending on the week, you might be:
You don’t need to come from sport. We want designers influenced by fashion, music, photography, surf, gaming, culture, entertainment - whatever inspires you. Most importantly, bring something new.
If you’re a strong junior or midweight designer with the talent and attitude to make an impact, we want to see your work.
Sport doesn’t always fit neatly into business hours - and that’s part of the excitement. This role will involve some weekend and game-day work, including live content capture and production. In return, the Sharks offer flexibility in how and where you work, along with the opportunity to be part of something truly meaningful.
