Job summary

PDG, Melbourne based and Australian-owned, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing and creative studio delivering work across the Group. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work with the Senior Graphic Designer and a vibrant team.

You will design B2B and B2C materials, manage assets, and produce photography, videography and social content as needed. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, 2–3 years’ experience, and proficiency in Adobe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of professional design experience in agency or client-side roles.
• Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Figma; basic animation or video editing a plus.
• Organised, collaborative and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce B2B and B2C digital and print materials.
• Create marketing and sales materials, signage and digital assets.
• Manage assets including logos, fonts and photography.
• Produce photography, videography and social media content as required.
• Liaise with stakeholders, printers and photographers for approvals.

The Opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Graphic Designer to work within our in-house marketing and creative studio delivering work across the Group. As Graphic Designer, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and working collaboratively with the Senior Graphic Designer and a vibrant and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce B2B and B2C digital and print materials including, but not limited to, websites, brochures, tenders, and corporate documents.
• Develop and produce marketing and sales materials including advertising, signage, collateral, point of sale and digital assets.
• Managing assets including logos, fonts, and photography.
• Photography, videography, and social media content production as required.
• Liaise with stakeholders, management, printers, photographers and other suppliers for collaboration and approvals.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design.
• Mid-weight designer with 2-3 years’ professional experience in an agency or client-side design role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Corporate and brand design experience.
• Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A keen collaborator and team-player who can also work independently.
• Strong customer service, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience in photography, basic animation, or video editing (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Property or real estate experience highly regarded.
