Job summary

Adelaide University’s Waite Campus invites applications for a part-time (0.7FTE), fixed term contract for 3 years in the School of Agriculture, Food and Wine. The role focuses on coordinating a major multi-partner grains research investment, translating findings into outcomes for Australian grain growers.

You will work with scientists and staff, track progress, prepare updates and reports for investment agencies, and ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in science, business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience in multi-partner environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with project reporting, milestones, and meetings coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of a major multi-partner research investment on grains.
• Track progress against an operating plan and coordinate updates.
• Prepare accurate reports for investment agencies and partners.
• Ensure milestones are on schedule and translate research into practical outcomes.
