Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working as a dentist in Australia.
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent).
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Graduation within the past 3-5 years.
• Strong communication skills and a caring chairside manner.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and accept feedback.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
• Australian or New Zealand qualification, or ADC certification.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking a graduate or early-career dentist to join our team and continue building their skills in a structured, well-supported practice.

This role is ideal for a dentist who has completed their initial graduate year and is now looking to grow with mentorship, stability, and a loyal patient base - without production pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing general dental care, including examinations, treatment planning, and routine procedures
• Developing clinical confidence at a steady, supported pace
• Learning comprehensive and ethical treatment planning

About You

This role is not suitable for overseas-based applicants or new arrivals to Australia.
