Australian Catholic University (ACU) invites applications for a full-time Graduations Officer based in Brisbane or North Sydney. The role supports student/staff registration and ceremonial functions for ACU graduation ceremonies across Australia, a high-profile event attracting thousands of guests annually.

About The Role

Operating within Graduations and Protocol, the Graduations Officer is responsible for the student and staff registration components and other conferral and ceremonial functions for all ACU Graduation ceremonies within Australia. The annual graduation ceremonies are one of the University's foremost public events therefore the position plays an important role in enhancing the University's image. Graduation ceremonies are typically conducted each year at ACU locations across Australia, and attended by some 6,000 graduands and 14,000 guests.

• Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
