Job summary

Spiire in Albury is seeking a Graduate Surveyor to join a growing team and gain real responsibility from day one. You’ll work in the field and in the office, using drone tech, GPS and laser scanning to support local land development projects.

Join a tight-knit, regional team with a two-year Graduate Program, mentoring, and structured training. You’ll build skills quickly, collaborating with senior surveyors and cross-office colleagues across QLD, VIC, NSW, SA and ACT.

Qualifications

• You’ve completed a surveying degree in the last two years, or you’re close to finishing.
• You have a current Australian driver’s licence.
• You’re curious about land development and infrastructure.
• You’re proactive, adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects.
• You communicate clearly and confidently.
• Internships or work placements in surveying are a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Get out in the field with our field party surveyors and Licensed Surveyors, and support them in the office.
• Use the latest kit, including drones (UAVs), laser scanners and GPS.
• Solve real-world maths problems for real clients.
• Work with developers, contractors, councils and construction teams.
• Help with project scheduling and reports.
• Contribute to projects across the wider region, not just Albury.
