Spiire in Albury is seeking a Graduate Surveyor to start a hands-on career in a regional team. You’ll work directly with senior surveyors on major land development projects, gaining field and office experience from day one, supported by a two-year graduate program and dedicated mentoring.

You’ll use UAVs, GPS and laser scanners, with training and opportunities across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and the ACT. A driver’s licence and a surveying degree are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated or near completion of surveying degree.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Curious about land development and infrastructure.
• Proactive and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Clear and confident communication.
• Internships or work placements in surveying are a plus, but not essential.

You’ll get the hands‑on experience and close mentoring of a tight‑knit regional team, backed by the training and resources of a 400‑strong consultancy with ten offices across QLD, VIC, NSW, SA and the ACT.

Our two‑year Graduate Program

You’ll join a cohort of grads from across Spiire’s offices and disciplines and meet up several times a year for interactive workshops. You’ll also get technical training, digital learning, and development in skills like client engagement and communication. A dedicated buddy and our Graduate Program Manager will support you the whole way.

About you

• You’ve completed a surveying degree in the last two years, or you’re close to finishing
• You have a current Australian drivers licence
• You’re curious about land development and infrastructure
• You’re proactive, adaptable and happy juggling a few projects at once
• You communicate clearly and confidently
