Aurecon Group is launching a graduate program for Civil and Structural engineers in Australia. You’ll join a supportive team, work on live client projects, and gain early responsibility while developing technical and consulting skills.

From day one, you’ll access workshops, mentors, and pathways toward professional accreditation, with flexible work options and a commitment to community impact. Start early February 2027 with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Relevant civil or structural engineering degree completed or near completion.
• Graduated and available to start full-time in early Feb 2027.
• Curiosity and a desire to solve real-world problems.
• Strong communication and a team orientation.
• Motivation to grow both technical and consulting capability.

Responsibilities

• Grow your skills through workshops and self-paced learning.
• Apply technical knowledge on live client projects.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design.
• Learn from technical mentors and progress toward chartership.
