Job summary

Robert Bird Group (RBG), part of the SJ Group, invites graduates to join a dynamic Adelaide structures and construction engineering team. You’ll contribute to major projects, work with supportive mentors through the buddy system, and gain exposure to industry events and a broad ANZ graduate network.

As a graduate, you’ll build a career with in-person and online training focused on client collaboration, time management, and applying analytical methods to real-world designs.

Qualifications

• Graduates will be in their final year, or have graduated within the last 2 years.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to effectively manage one's time and workload.
• A developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other documents.
• Partner with supportive colleagues through our buddy system.
• Access a range of industry events and networking opportunities.
• Be part of a large and diverse community of graduates across ANZ.
