Ability Action Australia is offering a 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program for soon-to-graduate Speech Pathologists ready to start their career in a supportive, mentoring environment. You will gain clinical experience across community, school and clinic settings, with weekly supervision, ongoing professional development, and a culture that celebrates your wins while helping you grow as a therapist.

The program includes guaranteed salary of $86,800 incl.

Qualifications

• You’re a soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist who is empathetic, curious and eager to learn.
• You’re passionate about helping people communicate and connect, and keen to join a multidisciplinary team.
• You’re SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants in the community, school or clinic
• Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy
• Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals
