Early Start Australia Pty in Melbourne is offering a 12-month graduate program for speech pathology graduates to become independent clinicians, with structured induction, weekly supervision, and hands-on caseload experience at the Caroline Springs clinic.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, develop evidence-based therapy plans, collaborate with families, and engage in ongoing professional development, with relocation support where applicable and a competitive graduate salary plus

Qualifications

• Qualified speech pathologist with SPA registration.
• NDIS experience preferred and relevant clinical experience.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a key worker approach.
• Monitor progress and adapt therapy programs accordingly.
• Provide education and home-based support to families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and NDIS records.
• Build relationships with schools and health professionals to support outcomes.
