Everyday Independence in Hallam, Pakenham or Warragul invites you to join a 12-month Graduate Speech Pathologist program offering 1:1 clinical supervision, and a salary of $77,200–$80,104 per year plus superannuation, vehicle options, mobile, and laptop.

The program delivers evidence-based therapy across homes, schools, and communities, with PD allowance and opportunities to boost salary up to $10,000. Mid-year intake in August and flexible full-time or part-time options support your growth.

Qualifications

• A recently completed Speech Pathologist degree and current (or pending) SPA registration.
• Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings.

• Be supported to deliver evidence-based therapy in environments that matter most to participants - homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.
• Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create innovative solutions.
• Build meaningful relationships that drive positive change with participants.
