Job summary

SEEK Limited is offering a Software Engineering Graduate Program in Melbourne. The 13-month program launches your technology career, with two 6-month rotations embedded in teams like Security, Architecture, Mobile Apps, or internal start-ups.

You will be supported by a supervisor, a buddy, and a dedicated mentor to guide your SEEK path. You will be paid $82,000 plus super and an annual performance bonus, and you’ll be based at SEEK's Melbourne HQ with a culture that values collaboration,

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate in any field.
• Willingness to relocate to Melbourne by February 2027.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Certifications or industry training with limited discipline-related experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be exposed to multiple rotations (e.g., Security, Architecture, Mobile Apps, internal start-ups).
• Benefit from accelerator training to set you up for success.
• Work with a supervisor and buddy to stay on track with career goals.
• Select a mentor to guide your SEEK path and participate in a supportive grads network.

About the Software Engineering Graduate Stream

Our Software Engineering Graduate Program is designed to launch your technology career path. The 13-month program offers an exceptional foundation whilst gaining exposure to various technologies: AWS,GraphQL, React, TypeScript to name just a few. You will rapidly growprofessionally, andimmediatelyexperience the impact your work makes on fellowSEEKersand our customers.

When you start, you will:

Qualifications

To be eligible to apply:

• You are in the final year of your degree (or completed in the last two years) in any field
• Have completed industry training and/or certifications with no more than 18 months of discipline-related experience
• Youare able torelocateto Melbourne (if you're not already here)by February 2027.
