Job summary

Sebring Group is seeking a Junior or Graduate Radiographer / Medical Imaging Technologist to join its Ballarat team in Victoria. This role offers exposure to private hospital and community imaging environments, working with experienced radiographers, radiologists and clinical teams.

You will develop skills across a broad range of imaging modalities in a supportive, modern clinical setting, gaining confidence and technical capability while contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medical Imaging or equivalent required.
• AHPRA registration is required.
• Recent graduate or junior radiographer welcome.
• CT experience advantageous but not essential.
• Siemens and Shimadzu experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional development and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with clinical protocols and standards.
• Develop skills across a diverse range of imaging modalities.
• Work effectively across hospital and clinic environments.
• Maintain radiation safety, quality assurance and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, radiographers and other clinical teams.
• Deliver excellent patient care through clear communication and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development and education.
