Qualifications

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of work experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and passion for innovation.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 12-month development journey combining technical training and project exposure.

• Develop both technical depth and business understanding while gaining exposure to data centers, networks, and industrial environments.
• Conclude with a placement into permanent engineering, services, project management, or technical sales roles.
