Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree completed by 2025 or 2026 in finance, economics, business, commerce, engineering or law.
• Australian citizenship or permanent resident required.
• Experience in Strategy/Consulting roles would be highly regarded.
• Availability to commence in March 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic, operational and performance reviews through research, data analysis, benchmarking and financial analysis to identify insights and opportunities.
• Analyse organisational performance to identify opportunities to grow revenue, reduce costs, improve productivity and strengthen financial sustainability.
• Contribute to operating model and organisational design engagements by analysing structures, processes, governance, capabilities and service delivery arrangements.
• Support the development of strategies and practical recommendations addressing complex organisational, commercial and infrastructure challenges.
• Develop capabilities in strategic problem-solving, investment planning and decision-making including government, not-for-profit and private sectors.
• Build strong economic analysis, financial modelling and project finance capabilities to assess options and support decisions.
• Translate analysis into high-quality business cases, briefs and reports for executives and boards.
