About the Role

We currently have three graduate disciplines within our Environment Branch. These include:

• Graduate Heritage
• Graduate Landscape Architect

Our rotational three-year programs provide practical learning experiences in a range of specialist areas and are based on your strengths, skills, and interest within business needs.

• To be considered for our programs, you must:
• Be a recent university graduate (within 3 years from completion of your Bachelor’s degree) or have your degree completed by December 2025 for our 2026 intake.
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Be motivated to work at Main Roads, demonstrated through your strengths and personal attributes
• Have a career interest in learning and work with data
• Have strong problem solving skills, including embracing change and challenge
• Be great at working together in teams
• Be able to build relationships with stakeholders
