Qualifications

Applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2027).
Australian citizenship to meet Defence security requirements.

Responsibilities

Support the establishment and ongoing execution of the future full rate MQ28 production facility.
Coordinate and establish production flow for a newly established assembly line.
Plan daily work for manufacturing operations.
Develop strategies for optimal work flow.
Problem solve production issues and implement improvements.
Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
Apply lean manufacturing principles.
Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a conscientious and inclusive way to successfully deliver innovative solutions to the Australian Defence Force.
