InfraBuild Reinforcing invites recent graduates for its 2027 Graduate Process Engineer program based at Forrestfield. The two-year fixed-term contract includes two 12-month rotations, with coaching, mentorship and formal training to build core engineering and commercial skills.

You will work with experienced professionals on real projects that drive plant reliability, safety and performance, gaining exposure to project management, continuous improvement and production optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Support core engineering functions within the plant.
• Contribute to real projects that improve plant reliability, safety and performance.
• Lead and coordinate projects across rotations.
• Assist with machinery upgrades, installations and commissioning.
• Analyze production performance to reduce downtime and inefficiencies.
