Job summary

Inner Balance Health in Darwin is seeking a motivated New Graduate Physiotherapist to join its team. You’ll build your clinical confidence through supervised practice, practical training, online education, regular feedback and progressive caseload development while delivering safe, evidence-informed and person-centred care.

Our facilities bring together rehabilitation, gym and recovery spaces under one roof to support your growth and hands-on learning in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Completed an approved physiotherapy qualification.
• Holds current AHPRA general registration.
• Has the legal right to work in Australia.
• Enthusiastic about learning and feedback.
• Committed to safe, ethical and culturally respectful patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-informed, person-centred physiotherapy care.
• Develop musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy skills.
• Participate in structured graduate program with mentoring.
• Progress clinical caseload as skills grow.
