Job summary

Icon Group is seeking a Science Graduate - Pharmaceutical Compounding for its Adelaide facility. This full-time role in Woodville involves the preparation and compounding of oncology treatments, with 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts Monday-Friday, and occasional weekend work.

You will join a dynamic, collaborative environment at a state-of-the-art facility, focusing on quality, safety and patient care within GMP-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in compounding and preparation of oncology treatments.
• Previous cleanroom experience.
• Knowledge of GMP practices.
• Experience working in teams.
• Exposure to Kaizen and/or 5S training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete production activities according to schedule and SOPs.
• Contribute to site performance.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to increase product quality, safety, customer service and employee engagement.
• Contribute to a culture of open communication across the site.
