ORS invites new graduates to join a 6‑month Graduate Program that supports transition from study to clinical practice. You’ll work with over 120 Occupational Therapists nationally in diverse settings, with weekly supervision, training, and flexible options including hybrid work and a compressed 9‑day fortnight.

You’ll begin with supervision, skill‑building, and a pathway to specialist areas, while contributing to meaningful client outcomes and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration or pending.

Responsabilités

• As a Graduate OT, deliver assessments and interventions tailored to clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools and community settings.
• Assistive technology and home modification considerations aligned with client goals.
• Build strong client relationships and monitor progress with supervision and feedback.
