Job summary

Everyday Independence in Parramatta is seeking a Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our supportive graduate program. You’ll receive structured supervision, PD leave, and a pathway to develop clinical confidence while delivering therapy in diverse community settings.

The role supports growth through 1:1 clinical supervision, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a learner-friendly environment designed to empower graduates to make a positive impact for people with disability.

Qualifications

• Recently completed Occupational Therapy degree or near completion.
• Current or pending AHPRA registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, workplaces and communities.
• Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve goals.

Job description

Job title – Graduate Occupational Therapist

Location – Parramatta

Employment Type – Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight

Salary – $80,104.00 – $84,609.85 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Supervision and Support – Structured support and supervision from supervisors, team leaders and peers

What You’ll Need

• A recently completed Occupational Therapy degree and current (or pending) AHPRA registration
• Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• A valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings
