Job summary

Lucid Consulting Australia seeks a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join the Sydney Fire Services team. You will engage in engineering design, calculations, modelling with AutoCAD and REVIT, and prepare technical reports while collaborating with Project Team Leaders on diverse site-based projects.

The role targets graduates with 0–2 years’ experience, a recognised engineering degree, and a passion for sustainability. Flexible work arrangements and a strong mentorship program are offered.

Qualifications

• Australian-recognised tertiary degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Understanding of fluid dynamics or comparable.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Full working rights with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Engineering design and calculations for Fire Services projects.
• Use of AutoCAD & REVIT for modelling and documentation.
• Prepare reports and written communication for project teams.
• Attend project/site meetings with Project Team Leaders.
• Represent Lucid at industry events.
