The rolling intake recruits future leaders, and graduates from all disciplines are welcome. During year one you learn the fundamentals of the business, adapt to Mainfreight’s culture, and gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Be in your last semester of study or have graduated in the last 2 years with at least a 3-year Bachelor's degree.
• Australian Citizen or permanent residency holder.
• 3-year self-driven Development Program with no rotations or fixed streams.

Responsibilities

• Join a full-time permanent role through the Development Program.
• Learn fundamentals of the business and adapt to Mainfreight’s culture during year one.
• Participate in courses and workshops as part of the Training and Development Team.
