Job summary

WGA (Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec) is seeking a Graduate GIS Analyst to transform spatial data into practical engineering solutions, working with multidisciplinary teams on mapping, data analytics, digital inspection, and spatial intelligence across varied sectors.

You will support data workflows, LiDAR and 3D model processing, and collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver client-focused outcomes. This entry role emphasizes growth in GIS applications and data-driven design.

Qualifications

Geospatial, Environmental Science, Surveying, Geography or associated degree.
Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
Interest in learning Survey123.
Ability to work with real project data and ambiguity.
Experience integrating data from various formats/software packages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic familiarity with ModelBuilder or ArcPy for automation.

Responsibilities

Data management, design, editing and cartographic outputs for client deliverables
Assist with the development of data collection workflows and client-facing dashboards
Data analysis to support design and operational decisions
Support the processing of LiDAR, photogrammetry and drone-captured data into 3D models
Support technical experts with requests related to data availability, coordinate systems
