Rendel Ingerop Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our highly qualified and expanding team across Australia.

You will undertake projects in Australia and internationally, perform geotechnical design and analysis such as ground interpretation, foundation and retaining wall design, and supervise on-site works in Australia. Embrace organisational change, adhere to safety policies, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Distinction or higher) in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and international industry standards.
• Understanding of contracts, construction methodologies and civil procedures.
• Interest in consultancy on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in CAD and MS Office; ability to learn proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Undertake projects in Australia and internationally.
• Geotechnical design and analysis including ground interpretation, foundation and retaining wall design.
• Slope stability assessment and finite element analysis.
• Inspection and onsite works supervision in Australia.
• Standardise work products, deliverables and peer review for quality.
• Follow company procedures for management, delivery and administration of services.
• Embrace organisational change and adjust accordingly.
• Understand company values and contribute to business plans.
• Observe and maintain Health and Safety policies across activities.
