Job summary

ADP Consulting in Sydney invites you to join our national two-year Graduate Program starting February 2027 as a Graduate Fire & Hydraulics Engineer. You’ll work on real projects from day one, supported by mentoring and structured learning.

You must be in the final year or a recent Engineering graduate with a background in Fire & Hydraulics or related fields, and have full Australian working rights. You'll collaborate with engineers, clients and planners across live projects while developing

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Full Australian working rights (citizen, permanent resident or NZ citizen).

Responsibilities

• Work on live projects with experienced engineers and industry leaders, with real client and design responsibility.
• Engage in structured graduate learning and mentoring across the business.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, town planners, local councils and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Participate in national graduate learning sessions across Australian offices and pursue Engineers Australia Chartership.
