Newcastle CBD based Wealth Management firm is looking for a Graduate Financial Planner/Financial Planning Assistant to embark on a career journey with strong training and development. The role includes shadowing advisors and supporting the team to deliver quality client service.

Candidates should have completed or be close to completing a Commerce, Business, Economics or Finance degree in Australia, with excellent verbal communication and a clear eagerness for a wealth management career.

Qualifications

• Completed or nearing completion of a Commerce, Business, Economics or Finance degree in Australia.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with clients.
• A true eagerness for a career in Wealth Management and ability to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the advisors when meeting with clients to learn client interaction quality and solutions.
• Support the team and assist with delivering quality service to clients.
• Develop foundational skills for managing client relationships and long-term career progression.
