Job summary

William Buck invites graduates to join a growing Banking & Financial Services advisory team in Sydney. You will guide clients toward achieving financial goals, assisted by Partners and Senior Advisors, with opportunities to start mid-year 2026 or early 2027.

You will attend client meetings, prepare portfolio reviews, and support in developing tailored strategies while gaining valuable exposure to diverse clients and industries in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• You have completed/are completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or a similar discipline with a major in Finance.
• You’re detail oriented, eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges
• You are excited to gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries
• You’re comfortable working independently but also communicate effectively and work well in a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for clients
• Preparation of portfolio reviews for client meetings
• Attending client meetings
• Executing investment trades
• Assisting in the development of client strategies
• General correspondence and workflow management
