Participants will be supported by trained preceptors, Practice Development Nurses and the Graduate Nurse Program Coordinator to consolidate knowledge and progress toward independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month graduate nurse program across multiple rotations to develop clinical and leadership skills.
• Under supervision of preceptors and program coordinators, apply existing knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
