Job summary

GHD is seeking talented graduates to start their consulting careers in our Delivery Phase Services team across Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, Energy, Civil, Mechanical and Environmental engineering disciplines. The two-year Graduate Development Program blends hands-on project work with mentorship to build core consulting skills.

You will contribute to bids, design teams and sometimes site work, with a clear path from entry to specialised technical development or client-facing leadership

Responsibilities

• Join Delivery Phase Services (DPS) team to contribute to end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Work across multiple disciplines including Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, Energy, Civil, Mechanical and Environmental engineering.
• Collaborate with design teams, assist with bids, and participate in site activities when required.
• Receive mentorship and structured development during the two‑year Graduate Development Program.
