Job summary

Downer Energy & Utilities is seeking motivated graduates for its 2027 Graduate Mechanical Engineering Program in Gladstone. Based in Gladstone, you will join a structured program and contribute to the delivery of regional infrastructure projects with hands-on experience.

Your role includes supporting operational, technical, financial, programming and administrative activities while learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, completed in 2025 or due by end of 2026.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to start February 2027.
• Based in or able to relocate to Gladstone region.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
