Job summary

ADP Consulting is launching its 2027 Graduate Fire Safety Engineer program in Australia. Join a national two-year cohort and undertake real projects from day one, with mentoring and structured learning across the business.

You will complete an engineering degree focus in Fire Safety, have full Australian working rights, and grow toward Engineers Australia Chartership through support and client exposure.

Qualifications

• To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree ideally with a focus in Fire Safety Engineering and have full working rights in Australia.
• You're a final-year student or recent graduate in Fire Safety Engineering, curious, collaborative and ready to build a real career rather than tick a box.
• Full Australian working rights as an Australian citizen, permanent resident or New Zealand citizen.

Responsibilities

• Work on live projects alongside experienced engineers and industry leaders, with real client and design responsibility.
• Build your technical capability within Fire Safety Engineering.
• Collaborate directly with clients, architects, town planners, local councils, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Join monthly national graduate learning and development sessions with graduates across our Australian offices.
• Get financial and mentoring support to gain your Engineers Australia Chartership.

We're looking for a Graduate Fire Safety Engineer to join our team in February 2027, as part of our national two-year Graduate Program.

To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree ideally with a focus in Fire Safety Engineering and have full working rights in Australia.

What you'll actually be doing

You’ll join a national cohort of graduates working across real, complex projects from day one, not filing folders while you wait for \"real work\" to start. Alongside project experience, you’ll get structured learning, mentoring, and visibility across the wider business.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
