Job summary

Robert Bird Group is seeking Graduate Civil Engineers to join the Melbourne civil works and infrastructure team. You will have the chance to work on some of the most complex projects in Australia.

As part of our program, you will contribute to major projects, assist in proposals, and benefit from a buddy system and extensive networking opportunities, plus graduate development workshops and client engagement training.

Qualifications

• Final year student or graduated within the last 2 years.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and workload.
• Developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other documents.
• Partner with supportive colleagues through our buddy system.
• Access a range of industry events and networking opportunities.
• Be part of a large and diverse community of graduates across ANZ.
• We offer graduate development workshops and training on client engagement and time management.
