Job summary

TikTok is seeking Backend Software Engineer Graduates (Trust and Safety Engineering) to contribute to safety-related systems for international live streaming. You will work on safety processes, user perception, and efficiency improvements as part of a global team.

Ideal candidates have recently completed or are completing a Bachelor's degree in a related field and are proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, PHP, C++, or Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software development, computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming language: python / go / php / c++ / java.

Responsibilities

• Research and development of trust and safety related systems and product functionalities on international live streaming products.
• Enhance safety experience for a large number of international users and build high-concurrency, high-stability systems.
• Explore business requirements to find solutions for live streaming safety issues.
