Marsh is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join the Actuarial Consulting team in Melbourne or Sydney. You will support senior consultants across superannuation and life insurance, with a buddy and people manager guiding your career path.

You will engage in client-facing consulting, research and analysis, quantitative modelling and report writing, asking why and how to improve outcomes for clients. The role offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities to pursue actuarial certification.

Qualifications

• Numerate degree required or in final year with numerate discipline.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients.
• Interest in data-driven insights and actuarial field.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing consulting support to senior actuaries.
• Conduct research and quantitative analysis to inform recommendations.
• Assist in modelling, reporting and documentation for client projects.
