Job summary

True Resources is seeking experienced Grade Control and Reverse Circulation Drillers for a 2:1 and 2:2 FIFO roster from major Australian cities, or DIDO from Kalgoorlie. You will operate Grade Control and RC rigs, mentor offsiders, and ensure safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional drilling experience.
• Experience on RC and/or Grade Control rigs.
• Current HR Licence required.
• NPC clearance within last 6 months.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Responsibilities

• Operate relevant rigs and support drill operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of offsiders, assisting with training and daily tasks.
• Conduct site setup, mobilisations, and demobilisations while maintaining safety compliance.
• Complete drill reporting and liaise with site supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
