Dhelkaya Health in regional Victoria is seeking a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to join the Ambulatory Care team, delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions to adult clients across clinic, home, inpatient and residential settings.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, supervise Grade 1 Speech Pathologists and students, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to service development while enjoying flexible hours and potential job share.
Classification: G2 Y1 (VW1) to G2 Y4 (VW4)
Salary per hour: $45.66 to $52.49 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Ongoing part time to full time(flexible hours/job share considered)

Dhelkaya Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to join our Ambulatory Careteam, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred services to adult clients across our community.
This is a diverse and rewarding role offering the opportunity to work across a broad range of clinical programs in centre‑based, home‑based, and inpatient settings, while contributing to service development and supervision within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
The Grade 2 Speech Pathologist is responsible for providing evidence‑based assessment and intervention to adult clients across Ambulatory Care and, as required, inpatient and residential services across Dhelkaya Health's two campuses.
You will work with clients experiencing a range of conditions, supporting rehabilitation, functional outcomes, and quality of life through collaborative, goal‑oriented care.
Service delivery occurs across clinic, home, hospital, and residential settings, requiring flexibility and strong organisational skills.
