Healthcarelink Support in Fairfield, VIC is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a supportive, interdisciplinary team. You will provide speech pathology assessment and intervention to adults and children with complex communication needs, across clinic, telehealth, home, and community settings.

About the role:

Our client is seeking a kind, enthusiastic, and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our friendly, experienced, and highly supportive team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a respected practice known for its deep commitment to evidence-based care and meaningful outcomes for clients with complex communication needs. You will provide speech pathology assessment and intervention to community-based clients with a range of disabilities—including acquired brain injury (ABI), developmental disabilities, and complex mental health needs.

Most clients are adults, but you may also work with children over 7 and adolescents.

You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams across a variety of settings:

• In our welcoming office in the heart of Fairfield
• Via telehealth
• In the client's home, community day placements, hospital, or justice system settings
