Job summary

Vetlink in Melbourne invites an experienced veterinarian to join a growing general practice. You will work in a modern hospital with CT imaging, digital radiography and a well-equipped surgical suite, handling a varied caseload including surgery and consultations.

You will join a large, supportive team of around 30 staff, with a focus on high-quality primary care, thorough workups, and excellent client service. Four days per week plus a shared weekend roster, with part-time options considered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a veterinarian in small animal practice.
• Confident GP vet who can handle a varied caseload.
• Strong client communication and thorough case workups.
• Ability to collaborate with a large team of staff and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess and diagnose cases.
• Perform surgeries and in-house diagnostic workups.
• Collaborate with emergency and specialist teams for complex cases.
