Job description

Exciting opportunity to join one of Adelaide Hill’s longest-established Family Practices, with more than 50 years of history serving the local community. Today, the practice combines that strong community reputation with a modern, purpose-built environment and a growing patient base.

The Practice:

This clinic has been caring for generations of patients for more than five decards and has become a well-established part of the local community.

Today, the practice operates from a modern, purpose-built and recently renovated facility, designed to provide an excellent environment for both patients and doctors.

The clinic comprises 12 consulting rooms, a dedicated treatment room and onsite blood collection facilities, alongside a dedicated skin cancer checks and treatment clinic. A pharmacy is conveniently co-located with the practice, creating a genuinely comprehensive healthcare environment for the local community.

The practice is currently home to 13 GPs and has strong links with both Flinders University and the University of Adelaide, operating as a training clinic for the next generation of Australian doctors.

With Mount Barker continuing to experience significant population growth, the practice benefits from a regular influx of new patients, creating an excellent opportunity for a GP looking to establish and grow their patient base.
