Job summary

THE TRUSTEE FOR LINCOLNVILLE MEDICAL CENTRE – Gordon VIC is seeking a General Practitioner for a permanent, full-time position. The clinic operates Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with onsite parking and a patient-centric, family-oriented approach.

The role requires a minimum of three years' medical work experience, with AHPRA registration preferred. Visa sponsorship is available, supporting an instant patient base in a busy community clinic.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM 3 YEARS MEDICAL WORK EXPERIENCE
• AHPRA registration (Preferred)
• WORK Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and interview patients to determine medical conditions and record in patient records.
• Order laboratory tests and imaging and interpret results to assist diagnosis.
• Provide holistic care, including prescribing and administering treatments as indicated.
• Monitor progress and adjust management plans as necessary.
• Advise on diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate to coordinate care.
• Report births, deaths, and notifiable diseases to authorities.
• Arrange admission of patients to hospitals as clinically required.
