Job summary

Sanitarium Health Food Company is seeking a dedicated Goods Inwards Storeperson for the Night Shift in Berkeley Vale, NSW. This full-time role (38 hours per week) includes forklift duties and ensuring accurate material handling for production and warehouse operations.

You will report to the Senior Team Leader and may be required to work additional hours, particularly on Fridays, to support demand. Prior forklift experience is preferred, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

The Role

We have a Night Shift position available within our new Goods inwards Department in Berkeley Vale. It is a Full-Time role at 38 hours per week, with a regular requirement for additional hours in this role, particularly on Fridays to support operational demands.

Reporting to the Senior Team Leader, this role will be responsible for undertaking the duties and responsibilities of a Goods Inwards Storeperson (forklift driver). As a licensed forklift driver, you may be expected to:

• Pick orders for production.
• Pack away materials into warehouse storage.
• Move pallets and/or materials between departments.
• Transport finished goods from our production endlines and stage them for delivery to our offsite warehouse facility.
• Unload deliveries from trucks.

The successful candidate must be available to work on the following shift pattern.

• Thursday: 11:00pm - 6:00am

About You

The successful candidate(s) will also have:

• Experience operating a forklift (preferred)
• A proactive and collaborative work style with a strong commitment to both WH&S and achieving department goals.
• Demonstrated experience being a reliable and punctual team member.
• Demonstrated experience being able to work both autonomously and in a team dynamic.
• A history of positive and constructive behaviours in alignment with Sanitarium’s values.
