Job summary

Palmer Coolum Resort in Queensland is seeking a friendly Golf Service Attendant to join our team on a full-time basis. You will greet customers, assist in the golf shop, handle retail sales, and manage tee-time bookings while maintaining high standards of service.

RSA certification is required (or willingness to obtain) and you must be available to work weekends and public holidays. Reliable transport to the golf course is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills.
• RSA certification required (or willing to obtain).
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the golf course.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the golf shop, providing information about the course and services.
• Handle retail sales, including processing transactions and managing inventory.
• Schedule tee times and manage bookings efficiently.
• Serve coffee and alcoholic beverages to patrons in compliance with RSA guidelines (RSA required).
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the golf shop and surrounding areas.
• Assist with the coordination of golf events as needed.
