Myndshift Group is recruiting All Round Operators for Mt Carlton Gold Mine in North Queensland. This hands-on production role requires proven hard rock open-cut mining experience and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

You will work across a high-performing site crew on a rotating roster, operating equipment and supporting production targets. Facilities include modern camp accommodation and meals; DIDO to Gumlu with site bus transfers.

Qualifications

• Proven hard rock open-cut mining experience.
• Strong commitment to safe production practices and achieving targets.
• Ability to perform in a high-performing production team.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support production activities across site.
• Hands-on production role within a high-performing mining team.
• Contribute to safe, efficient and reliable operations.
