Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is recruiting General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across construction, landscaping and industrial sites on the Gold Coast. Expect consistent hours, weekly pay and a clear pathway to permanent roles.

To join, you need 12 months' general labour experience, a Construction White Card, a current Driver Licence and reliable transport. You will perform site prep, material handling, digging, and assisting trades, with earnings of $35.11 per hour and

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Site clean-ups and final cleans

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For
